Funny Gummy Games («we,» «us») designs, develops, and publishes various games for mobile devices.
We reserve the right to change the Policy at any time. Such modifications will be adopted immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means of a Push notification or posting an updated Policy on this page. In addition, certain modifications may be sent to you via e-mail. How Do We Use the Collected Information?
We primarily use the Information to provide you with a better gaming experience. We use Information to improve our Products and Services, our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze product use, and customize our content. • Notifying Users of updates and in-game achievements;

We may combine information about you that we have collected from multiple sources.
How Do We Share the Collected Information?
We may disclose or publish aggregated information (information about you and other players collectively that is not intended to specifically identify a person, for example, players between the ages of 18 and 21 who live in London) and other NPII about our players for marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.
In addition, we will share your information (which may include personal information) with third parties (in other words, parties other than Funny Gummy Games) or allow third parties to collect this information from our Services in the following circumstances:
Your Consent
With your consent, we may share your information with third parties or allow them to collect your information from our Products and Services in some ways that may not be specifically described in this Policy;
Friends and Other Players
Our games support and sometimes encourage you to interact with other players. In most of our games, if you register through a social network (for example, Facebook Connect), your social network friends will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your game activity. Other players may also be able to send you game requests or even friend requests through the related social network’s channels;
Third Party Advertising Including Tailored Advertising and Analytics
We have advertising built into our games so we can continue to offer many of our Services for free.
When advertisers or ad networks place ads in our games, they may collect or we may share some types of information from within our Products and Services.
We may disclose the personal information if we are required to disclose by law or by a law enforcement agency or to avoid, lessen, or prevent a crime.
How to Access, Update, Delete or Add to Your Information
We believe that you should have the ability to access and edit the PII that you have provided to us. You may change any of your PII in your account by changing it in a social network you used to register. Our Policy Concerning Children
WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13) WITHOUT APPROPRIATE PARENTAL NOTICE. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable measures to remove that information from our records as soon as possible.
We encourage parents to actively monitor their children’s online activities.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
Period of time during which we retain Information depends on why we collected it and how we would use it. We will not retain Information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. For example, we may retain some information for a few years after you have closed your account with us if this is necessary to meet our legal obligations or to exercise, defend or establish legal rights.
